Formaldehyde free environment-friendly glass wool products are based on ordinary centrifugal glass wool, glass wool raw material formula and molding process formula adjustment, so that the raw cotton is suitable for the combination, solidification and molding of new binder.
Because ordinary glass wool products in the production process using organic curing resin as the main binder, more or less there are some residual free formaldehyde, phenol, urea and other harmful substances in the glass wool. Although its formaldehyde content is in line with the current domestic standard, but the production of completely formaldehyde free glass wool products has been our direction of efforts.
